As a creative director, strategist, design thinker and thought leader, Rudi has spent his entire career applying his curiosity to imagine new possibilities at the intersection of culture, technology and commerce. Thanks to his formal education in architecture + design, his upbringing in multicultural and multilingual environments and having spent 20+ years working on global brands at creative agencies, he’s developed an instinct to see slightly beyond, connect many different dots and draw a whole new picture. His last post before Google was Pan-European Executive Creative Director at TBWA France, overseeing Nissan Europe business across 27 countries. Before that he was a creative director / art director at creative hot shops like AKQA, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Butler Shine Stern. His work has been acknowledged at Cannes Lion, Webby’s, One Show, Clio, FWA, British D&AD and many others. Rudi currently serves as the Head of Creative + New Experiences at Google New York. He is married and currently lives in a small village called Maplewood with his wife and two little boys. He is also a huge soccer fan.
